NicNatDirect prides itself with providing consumers living outside the US the same access to internet shopping as those living in the US. With our strong partnerships with FEDEX, Amerijet, and your local post office we are able to ship your items to almost any corner of the world in an efficient and timely manner while saving you 40-79% in shipping costs.
There is no obligation to purchase your items once you have filled out the order form. However, once you have made payment your order will be processed, consolidated, and shipped when received at our warehouse.
All orders must be done through our NicNatDirect order form, and therefore we are unable to process any orders by phone. Once you have filled out the order form, you will be sent an invoice, which contains the quote to purchase and deliver your item. You may then contact customer service if you have any further questions regarding the quote.
Payments can be made on-line with a valid Visa or Master credit card. Bank debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logos are also accepted. Payments can also be made at your local bank (United Kingdom, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica and St Lucia only) Barbados, Guyana and St.Lucia customers can pay at any SurePay location. Trinidad customers can pay at any Bill Express location. Once we receive confirmation of your payment, we will e-mail you verification of receipt of your order.
The average length of time to receive an order is dependent on the supplier from which the purchase is made. Typically it is usually 5-7 business days. Some suppliers have a longer time frame of delivering the items depending on their location. However, once the items have been received at our warehouse they are shipped by your chosen shipping method.
NicNatDirect accepts full responsibility for damage to any item during shipping from our warehouse to our customer. Please note: from the time of receipt of your package(s), you have 7 days in which to notify us of any missing items and/ or shipping damages. After 7 days, we are not responsible for damages and/or missing items. However, we cannot accept responsibility for manufacturing defects or damage caused from shipping to NicNatDirect from the supplier. If NicNatDirect notices a defect upon receipt from the supplier, we will notify the customer and return the item on their behalf.

All orders are shipped by one of the following shipping methods:

  • NicNatPost – Your goods are shipped via FedEx to your local post office. Typically it takes 9-11 days to arrive at your post office.
  • FedEx door to door delivery. Your goods are delivered via Fedex to your door. Depending on your choice items can arrive as quickly as 9 days or as long as 14 days
  • Amerijet shipped to the airport. Items are shipped to the airport for you to pick up. Typically, this takes 10 to 14 days.
  • Amerijet Sea. Your goods are shipped via sea can take as long as 25-35 days to arrive.

In most cases, your order will be shipped from the supplier directly to our warehouse, in New York and then forwarded to your shipping address. Shipping will be done via air or sea depending on your instructions.

Typically, we repackage items to reduce shipping cost. If you choose to have your package sent in its original package please notify us prior to shipping and we will try to accommodate you.
Yes, you can have your items shipped to a US address or third party. Simply indicate the address you want it shipped to and we will direct it there.
Yes, we can ship directly from the supplier to your desired address. This is done on a case-by-case basis.
You may also request to have your items held instead of being delivered to your home or office.
Freight collect provides you with the option of paying shipping from our warehouse to your local airport and any duties when it arrives to you. We simply charge you the cost of the items, shipping charges from the vendor to our warehouse and our 5% fee. All other charges are paid upon arrival.
Depending on the service you select duties can be paid either prior to delivery or upon delivery. Once you select you duties option you cannot change it.
NicNatPost allows your items to be shipped directly to your local post office. Depending on the size of the package it is either held at the post office for you to retrieve or delivered to your home. You will be notified by the post office when your items arrive.
We provide our customers with tracking number which allows them to get real time updates online 24hrs a day from FEDEX or AMERIJET.
YES!! You can ship your items directly to our NY warehouse and we will handle, consolidate, and ship your goods directly to you. We provide warehousing up to 30 days and personal care of your items.
