- Through NicNacDirect, you can order virtually any product from on-line retailers within the continental United States. However, NicNacDirect reserves the right to prohibit the shipment of any item.
- Once the order is confirmed we will contact you, with an estimated delivery date and time. We will only deliver to a valid address. You are restricted to place orders for items that will deliver to the United States only.
- Ordering from our website is easy – we accept Visa and MasterCard as payment. Also, payment is accepted at any of our partnered stores or at a local bank. Once we receive confirmation of your payment you will receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order within 48 hours.
- We are responsible for the delivery of goods as per your order. Any returns are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All costs associated will be the responsibility of the customer.
- NicNacDirect serves as the role of a freight forwarder for goods and our sole purpose is the delivery of goods. We are not responsible for product warranties.
- All orders will be placed with the requested on-line merchants within 48 hours of receipt of your payment.
- Vouchers, coupon, and discount codes must be valid for at least 48hrs from the date your order is placed through NicNatDirect.com. Any discount expiring in less than 48hrs will not be applied.

FedEx Authorized ShipCenter locations are prohibited from shipping dangerous goods and hazardous materials, including:
- Aerosols
- Ammunition
- Batteries (lithium)
- Camping stoves
- Drain cleaners
- Dryice
- Fire extinguishers
- Fireworks
- Hover boards
- Lighters
- Matches
- Oil-based paint
- Parts (containing gas, jet fuel, or kerosene)
- Propane
- Solvents
Hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, toxics, corrosives, and radioactive materials.
