How do I make a payment?
Payments can be made online using a valid credit card. Bank debit cards bearing Visa or MasterCard logos are also accepted. Additionally, payments may be made via bank transfer, Zelle, or PayPal.
Can I call for a Quote?
All orders must be placed through our website or app; therefore, we are unable to process orders by phone. Once you complete the order form, you will receive an invoice containing the quote for delivering and/or purchasing your item(s).
How long will it take to receive my order?
The average delivery time ranges from same-day to up to 9 days, depending on the destination and the service speed you select. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Our primary objective is to deliver exceptional service and provide faster delivery than any of our competitors.
How will my order be shipped and delivered?
Your orders are shipped either door-to-door or to the airport. All shipments are sent by air, we do not offer sea freight. We provide worldwide shipping to destinations across the globe.
Will my order be shipped in its original package?
You may choose to have your shipment sent in its original packaging, or request that your items be consolidated and repacked to reduce shipping costs. We recommend removing excess packaging that does not enhance the safety of your items and would otherwise be discarded upon delivery, helping you save money!
Can I ship directly from my supplier to NicnatDirect?
Yes, you can ship directly from your supplier to our warehouse. Simply complete the NicNatSky order form and have your items sent to your uniquely assigned warehouse address. You will receive notifications as your items arrive. Once all items have been received, just notify us and we will ship them out immediately.
Are duties included with shipping costs?
Duties are paid upon delivery; we do not pay duties in advance on behalf of the recipient. For an estimate of duties and taxes, we recommend contacting the local customs office in the destination country.
What cannot be shipped?
We ship items that are legal in both the United States and the destination country. We do not ship dangerous goods, with the exception of perfumes. While we can ship perishable items, we do not provide insurance or assume responsibility if they spoil or expire during transit.
Am I obligated to purchase the items once I have filled out the NicNatDirect order form?
There is no obligation to purchase your items once you have filled out the order form. However, once you have made payment your order will be processed.
What kind of warranty do I have?
NicNatDirect accepts full responsibility for damage to any item during shipping from our warehouse to our customer. Please note: from the time of receipt of your package(s), you have 7 days in which to notify us of any missing items and/ or shipping damages. After 7 days, we are not responsible for damages and/or missing items. However, we cannot accept responsibility for manufacturing defects or damage caused from shipping to NicNatDirect from the supplier. If NicNatDirect notices a defect upon receipt from the supplier, we will notify the customer and return the item on their behalf.
Can I ship to a US address or third party?
Yes, you can have your items shipped to a US address or third party. Simply indicate the address you want it shipped to and we will direct it there.
Can I track my order?
We provide our customers with tracking number which allows them to get real time tracking.
Can I Use Nicnatdirect As My Freight Forwarder Or Replace My Skybox With Nicnatdirect?
YES!! You can ship your items directly to our NY warehouse and we will handle, consolidate, and ship your goods directly to you. We provide warehousing up to 30 days and personal care of your items.
